Really must-see. We taste it, we are won over. Good with everything. Hot or cold. As a starter (on a cracker, or better still: sliced baguette, pesto and goat cheese or other quickly under the grill), in pasta, rice, homemade pizza (on top, with cheese, not below !), with smoked salmon and trout (replacing capers and onions), in an omelet, as a seasoning for cooking chicken or fish in the oven, with spaghetti squash ...

In short, use it in an unusual way, you will be amazed! Shelf life: one year, even after opening.
