Duck pâté with foie gras - 180g


La Ferme Basque de Charlevoix is an artisanal duck farm intended for the production of foie gras and other derived products. Traditional method of force-feeding with whole corn, in collective parks where animal welfare is respected, as well as the authenticity of Basque traditions. 

The products are processed on the farm, in their own processing workshop, following recipes from the owners' native land. 

180g format.

Ingredients: duck, pork, duck livers, foie gras (15%), eggs, spices, cornstarch, Verger Pedneault alcohol, salt, sodium nitrite.
