La Ferme Basque de Charlevoix is an artisanal duck farm intended for the production of foie gras and other derived products. Traditional method of force-feeding with whole corn, in collective parks where animal welfare is respected, as well as the authenticity of Basque traditions. 

The products are processed on the farm, in their own processing workshop, following recipes from the owners' native land. 

Ingredients: Duck meat, pork, duck livers, eggs, cream of small pears from Verger Pedneault, corn starch, salt, spices, sodium nitrite.
